Gentlemen's Captain: Joe cainJoe Cain was born in Southport and attended local schools and colleges. He has been married to his wife Samantha for 35 years and together they have two daughters. In 2006 Joe established a roofing company which he has ran ever since. Outside of golf, one of Joe's main interests is football, having been an avid fan and season ticket holder at Anfield throughout his life. During his youth and into his twenties Joe played amateur football until injury prevented him from continuing. Alfie had the privilege of being part of the Hesketh Golf Club, a fantastic course that holds significant meaning for his family. Alfie's Grandpa has been a member for over 40 years, and his Dad has been a member for 15 years. "Serving as the Junior Captain of such a historic and welcoming club is a true honor, and I’m proud to carry on the legacy within the golfing community".
